FAQ

 Is CBD Legal?

CBD has been a source of confusion when it comes to legal status within the United States. The Controlled Substance Act (CSA) has been amended to allow industrial hemp cultivation. To further clarify, the amendment says in order for hemp to be considered for industrial use it must contain no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight. Ultimately, CBD is legal in all 50 states and over 40 countries. So YES, CBD derived from industrial hemp is identified as a dietary supplement, and there is no need to live in a medical or recreational state.

*Local laws may vary and this article should not be considered legal advice. You should always check with your local government police department, or customs office for the most up to date information regarding the legality of CBD in your area.
